These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of StockPicker (“Service”). By using StockPicker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

StockPicker provides portfolio analysis and educational guidance.

We do not provide:

• Investment advice
• Buy/sell recommendations
• Brokerage services
• Execution of trades

All information is for educational purposes only.

To use the Service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep your password secure
• Not share your account with others

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

StockPicker offers Free and Premium plans.

4.1 Free Plan

• Limited number of full analyses per month
• Limited features

4.2 Premium Plan

• Unlimited analyses
• Additional features
• Billing monthly or annually
• No refunds for partial billing periods

4.3 Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle.

4.4 Payment processing

Payments are handled securely by third-party providers. We do not store full card numbers or CVV.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or copy the Service
• Use automated tools to scrape data
• Upload harmful or fraudulent data
• Attempt to bypass plan limits
• Use the Service for illegal activities

By uploading your portfolio data, you grant StockPicker permission to:

• Process it for analysis
• Store it in your account
• Generate simulations and projections

We do not use your data for marketing or resale.

StockPicker is not a financial advisor. All outputs are estimates based on models and public data. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

We are not responsible for:

• Investment decisions you make
• Financial losses resulting from use of the Service

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties.

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

• StockPicker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
• If you use the Free plan, our liability is zero.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• You attempt to misuse the Service
• Required by law

You may delete your account at any time. Data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of major changes via email or in-app.
